Long-term UI/UX and product-growth support for CoinPartner, a major Japanese cryptocurrency media and information platform.
Overview
We supported CoinPartner—originally launched as CoinOtaku—with UI/UX design across its cryptocurrency media platform, corporate site, landing pages, wallet application, and NFT marketplace.
The service grew to approximately 1.6 million monthly page views and more than 3,000 online-community members during the engagement.
Approach
- Established the design function, design guidelines, and design system
- Created media and application UI/UX and a CMS operating workflow
- Implemented technical SEO, A/B testing, and conversion and click-through improvements
- Supported corporate rebranding, paid search, membership CRM, staff development, and development-organization design
